在长沙尼依格罗酒店总经理柯跃健先生的专访中，让我们一起来看看，从酒店管理者的视角，他又将如何诠释：
问：能否简单介绍一下您的从业经历？
柯跃健：我很幸运，因为我曾经有很多机会深入酒店内的各个部门工作，从而积累了相关营运和管理经验。我的工作足迹遍布全世界，如斯堪的纳维亚、瑞士、法国、希腊、土耳其、塞浦路斯、美国、泰国、柬埔寨、中国，不同国家的地理和文化让我充分领略当地独具特色的风土人情。在中国，我曾在香港、北京、上海、广州、东莞、常州等地工作，这些城市的工作经历让我十分难忘。如今，我来到湖南省省会长沙，这让我兴奋不已。在我的职业生涯中，我曾就职于一家斯堪的纳维亚旅行社，专注客人旅行体验。后来我从事酒店并购工作，通过跟酒店大多数部门的接洽，让我全面了解酒店投资与营运板块，正是这些从业经历，让我学到一件事也是特别重要的一件事那就是无论何时都要把我们客人和客户放在我们工作的核心位置上。
英译：I have been very fortunate that I have been provided a great many opportunities to work in and with different aspects of the hotel and hospitality industry. The biggest thrill is that I have had the opportunity to work in such diverse geographical and cultural locations such as Scandinavia, Switzerland, France, Greece, Turkey, Cyprus, United States, Thailand, Cambodia, China in such exciting locations like Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Dongguan, Changzhou and now the capital of Hunan, CHANGSHA! Throughout this journey I have worked with a Scandinavian Tour operator with the focus being on guest experiences and taking care of the journey. In the hotels I have worked my way through the investment side and the operational priorities by working in most departments. Through this journey I have learned that the only thing that is truly important is to place our guests and customers at the center of everything that we do.

问：在您的管理计划中，如何定位长沙尼依格罗酒店？
柯跃健：长沙尼依格罗酒店是继三家成功的尼依格罗品牌姐妹酒店－成都、重庆、香港尼依格罗酒店后筹备的第四家酒店。我们将秉承时尚雅致的品牌内涵和细节之处彰显非凡的设计理念传递给我们的客人。酒店位于长沙市中心的核心地段，雄踞风尚潮流和高端办公的地标位置，解放西路和五一广场近在咫尺。坐拥耸立长沙国金中心IFS之颠的天际美景这一独特卖点更是让全城瞩目期待。
英译：Niccolo Changsha is the sister hotel of our successful hotels in Chengdu, Chongqing and Hong Kong where we also seek to deliver a Contemporary Chic experience with a heavy focus on designing an experience that stands out in a setting that is designed with attention to details. All our hotels are situated in city center locations and Niccolo Changsha will command an impressive location at the very heart of the business and entertainment district of Changsha at Jiefang West Road and Wuyi Square on top of the impressive new CHANGSHA IFS development.
问：作为一家在中国布局不多的酒店品牌，为何选择落户长沙？
柯跃健：尼依格罗落户长沙是必然选择。长沙历史悠久，物产丰富，宜居在此的创业者们源源不断地为这座城市的美好发展献策献力。作为九龙仓酒店集团一员，同时也作为长沙IFS发展的核心组成部分，我们选择长沙开设在中国区第四家酒店的原因是多方面的，主要原因还是基于城市和市民的需求，我们相信长沙市民正在寻求一种更为时尚雅致的宿膳空间和体验，而这也正是尼依格罗所秉承的品牌理念。作为中国的娱乐之都，长沙市民和来此的游客都是精力充沛、时尚现代的、富有经验的庞大消费群体，尼依格罗酒店也将一如既往将非凡的设计和新奇的体验传递给我们的客人。
英译：Changsha was a natural choice because of the rich history and the sprawling entrepreneurial city and people that make up Changsha. Being part of the larger Wharf Family and being a central component of the CHANGSHA IFS development there are multiple reasons for us selecting Changsha to open our fourth hotel overall. However, central to this decision is that we believe that Changsha residents are looking for the Contemporary Chic experience that embodies Niccolo. Being the entertainment capital of China its residents and visitors are edgy, modern and sophisticated and Niccolo will be able to meet the customer needs with our focus on great design and delivering unique experiences.

问：作为一个年轻的酒店品牌，长沙尼依格罗酒店具备哪些市场竞争力？
柯跃健：一家酒店的设计绝对是客人在住宿、用餐以及参加婚礼庆典等活动时关注的重点。在酒店集团持续扩张、服务标准完善化的今天，人们也在不断寻求创新的、与众不同的服务体验。对于长沙尼依格罗酒店而言，我们不仅满足客人期望的需求，我们更不断创新独特的住宿用餐和会务体验以超越客人期望，我想这也是一家好酒店与一家大酒店的区别。我们拥有高度关注服务细节的员工，这将是我们的客人在下榻长沙尼依格罗酒店时的最大感受。
英译：The hotels design remains a central focal point of the experience and ambiance that our customer will have when staying, dining or participating in an event, celebration or wedding at Niccolo Changsha. People are also hungry for something new and different that stands out during a time where the big hotel companies continue to grow and ultimately end up delivering standardized services that does not differentiate one experience or hotel from another. We are able to act locally and meet the unique demands and experiences that our Changsha guests are looking for in dining and events in particular. We have also taken the opportunity to develop meetings and event experiences that others have not done. What differentiate a good hotel from a great hotel is at the end of the day the people delivering the services and our people focus and attention to details will be central to experience that our guests will have in Niccolo Changsha.
问：长沙尼依格罗酒店区别其他豪华酒店品牌有何独有特色？

英译：Niccolo Changsha will be developing our rooms business as the central scope of business with Frequent Individual travelers in the Corporate and Leisure segments remaining the focus. We also see that we should be able to offer a great solution from meetings and events given the facilities, the rooms’ product and the exceptional location of the hotel. Locally our focus remains the restaurants and bars business with Niccolo Kitchen being the all day dining experience, The Tea Lounge will introduce the Niccolo Afternoon Tea experience for visitors looking to relax after shopping at CHANGSHA IFS while BAR 93 will be the fun place for Changsha residents to enjoy a great evening out. With great ambiance, impeccable contemporary chic designs and great variety and live performances BAR 93 is certain to offer fun experiences for hotel and Changsha residents.
问：您认为长沙的酒店业现状是怎样的？
柯跃健：我们可以看到长沙市场在过去数年里的快速发展，并且将随着城市经济的不断发展持续增长。长沙是华中地区极具潜力，比肩一线的活力之都。我们相信，长沙蓬勃发展的酒店业将为本地市民和商旅客人打开全新视野。
英译：We see that the Changsha market has grown over the last few years and is poised to continue to grow and develop as the city is continuing a rapid expansion. The city is an exciting and up and coming metropolis in the center of China and we are confident that our association with the city will open the eyes for many new visitors to the Changsha and Hunan.
问：作为九龙仓落户华中市场的首家奢华酒店，落户长沙有何意义，又有怎样的行业影响力？
柯跃健：长沙尼依格罗酒店落户长沙折射出长沙目前城市发展的态势，也更加印证了越来越多的人对长沙对湖南未来经济文化发展抱有巨大信心。就我个人而言，长沙和湖南的历史以及这里的人们给我留下了深刻印象。每一个我见到的人都让我感觉到他们在此安居乐业，这是一种城市赋予的前瞻和开放心态。我们已迫不及待地为这座城市的发展而效力，与大家一起构建美好长沙，为城市发展的历史进程画上锦上添花的一笔。
英译：It is more a reflection of what Changsha is becoming and it is a testament to the excitement that more people are feeling about the trajectory and economic development culture that Changsha and Hunan is currently on. Personally I have been very impressed with what I have learned of the city’s and province’s history and more importantly the people. Everyone that I have had the opportunity to meet I feel that we are where we want to be because of the people and the forward-looking and open mindset applied by the residents of this metropolis. We can’t wait to continue learning and developing services for the city and become an integral part of the history and traditions that will shape the city in the years to come.
